The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.
The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
Kiosk Event Coordinator (Contract)
Name and Description of Hiring Department:
The Residential Services Field Operations department has an immediate opening for a Kiosk Event Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of kiosk events and product demonstrations for Bell internet, home phone and television. Working with the sales managers and external partners, the Kiosk Event Coordinator will provide direction in the planning, execution and evaluation of events.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large number of details within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell concepts and ideas
- Ability to work independently and drive change
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Post secondary education or equivalent in a Business, Marketing or Communications discipline.
- Relevant work experience considered an asset.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate kiosk events for MDU buildings
- Liaise with vendor partners to ensure kiosk support and on site execution
- Manage relations with Bell preferred kiosk vendors
- Attend scheduled events to monitor performance and drive customer attendance
- Post event summary and analysis to provide feedback to the marketing team
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week)
