The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.
The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
Sales Coordinator
The Sales Operations team, within Bell Residential Services Sales and Distribution, supports the Field Sales team to execute the selling components of six indirect channels (MDU, Greenfield, Kiosk, D2D, BTS, Non-CE). The successful execution of these components enables Bell to enhance the quality and availability of our triple play products (phone, internet and TV), as well as the number of customers who chose Bell as their telecommunications service provider, within Ontario, Quebec, and Rest of Canada.
The Role
The supporting Sales Operations team is seeking a well-organized and energetic individual to coordinate sales and promotions activities for existing and new construction building sales, namely through Bell’s VIP program and other contractually oriented initiatives. The candidate will have an opportunity to work with a cross section of Bell departments and systems, at multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Data gathering, mining and analysis
* Develop and execute reports that support business unit priorities
* Update and maintain databases including Master Contract Spreadsheets
* Act as secondary contact for Account Managers as it relates to accountabilities
* Respond to sales leads and manage appropriate distribution
* Tracking and updating processes
* Other related duties as assigned
Critical Competencies
* Bilingual in French and English is an asset
* Strong organizational skills to manage a large number of details within tight deadlines
* Able to gather and synthesize data efficiently; prepare/present documents with accuracy, clarity and confidence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient is in Microsoft Excel and Access
* Capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
* Quick learner
* Able to master Bell internal systems with minimal supervision
* Creative problem solver and detail oriented
* Must be able to work independently
