The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.
The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
Warehouse workers perform an array of functions that include accepting and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Duties:
- Loading and unloading trucks, receiving raw materials and products, picking, packing, wrapping, labeling and/or shipping products
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs and makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
- Controlling costs by assuring that materials are safety stored, counted, and delivered to the proper department when they are needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Maintaining clean shipping supply area, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Completes reports by entering required information
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Required to answer calls/emails to fulfill customer requests
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs
- Some cash/credit card transactions
- Support NL with product ordering and releasing when required
- Work closely with others in the department to ensure customer satisfaction
- The ability to develop great work relationships with co-workers within or department, Montreal, NL,NB ,Vendors, and Couriers
- Support NB office with product ordering/fulfillment
