The Small Business Finance team is seeking a Manager of Finance – Expense Management to support cost management and analytics related to our business call centre. This individual will be responsible for providing monthly variance analysis, quarterly forecasting, planning and required adhoc financial modeling to support key business partners.
Your accountabilities will be:
- Manage cost related to all internal & external Small Business call centre operations & related sales support teams
- Cost management and modelling related to our outsourced vendor operations
- Creation and presentation of monthly financial data and adhoc material for the VP of Small Business and their director team
- Creation of cost per call, cost per subscriber and various other metrics used to assess call centre effectiveness
- Management of financials related to our offshore subsidiary, including all financial planning, forecasting, reporting requirements
- Oversee work done by off- shore finance prime and audit/validate accuracy of data submitted by our subsidiary to Bell corporate finance teams
- Perform entries, as required, to ensure the accurate reporting of Small Business costs
- Adhoc financial modelling of Small Business operation teams
Your qualifications / competencies are:
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Degree in Commerce and 2-3 years Business/Finance/ Telecommunications experience
- Persuasive and motivational communication skills, both verbal and written feedback
- Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team.
