Job description:
The SAP Human Resource Administrator Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, is responsible for processing and execution of reports and supporting the processing of SAP transactions for Bell Mobility (Retail) & Customer Operations.
Job duties and accountabilities:
- Run scheduled reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for Customer Ops and Retail)
- Adhoc requests for internal clients and HRC partners
- Support and assist with the HRA team with processing of transactions when required
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- Proficient in Excel
- SAP P90 & P58 would be an asset
- Ability to manage workload independently and to successfully prioritize and manage critical dates in an ever changing environment
- Proven ability to develop an environment which inspires strong partnerships, exceptional teamwork and strong client relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal & written
- Good problem solving capabilities
- Ability to multi task
- Strong business acumen
Working conditions:
- Need to be available to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Work schedule might be changing depending on business needs
