This is a permanent, full-time employment opportunity within the Human Resources department. The Human Resources team plays a key role in helping Bell achieve its business objectives by enhancing organizational efficiency through delivering competitive employee programs, policies and processes.
Key responsibilities
The Senior Consultant – Workplace health will mainly be responsible for the planning, development and deployment of activities related to:
* Evolve, streamline and adapt mental health learning content and awareness strategies in line with Bell challenges and emerging external best practices
* Innovate and create new and dynamic approaches to leverage HR processes and nurture continuous improvement of healthy managerial practices.
* Provide operational support and guidance to HR professionals and targeted BUs in line with specific work environment challenges.
* Leverage Bell’s mental health scorecard and various data sources to identify and anticipate needs related to mental health improvements or challenges. In partnership with HR and BUs, align and prioritize mental health corporate actions as required.
Critical competencies:
* Genuine interest for mental health;
* Strong ability to understand business priorities, issues and people impacts;
* Informal leadership and demonstrated ability to build partnerships;
* Change agent;
* Business acumen;
* Strong communications skills, oral and written;
* Excellent project management capabilities and ability to drive projects across the entire organization;
* HR operational experience would be valuable
Preferred competencies:
* Bilingual; Spoken and written 5/5 (French & English)
Qualifications:
* University Degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline;
* 5+ years experience in Human Resources or other relevant function;
* Must have a strong results orientation and a track record of execution
