The Role:
This is a challenging opportunity for the driven and committed career professional with proven leadership and track record for success. The Project Executive provides insight and strategic guidance that improves the success of the project portfolio. This insight combines business acumen, risk management and executive level perspective into project decisions.
Overall Accountability:
- Provide overall management of a group of assigned projects, manage and ensure delivery and implementation of large scale projects is top notch
- Manage and lead highly visible projects across functional groups within BBM for highly complex projects up to $25 million
- Ensure corporate objectives and business strategies are aligned and supported by our business plan, full P&L responsibility
- Provide leadership to large Enterprise programs and be the main interface to the client senior executives and Bell executives
- Responsible for decisions on Risk Management, Quality Management, and Project Governance
- Provide strategies to address project complexities and guide Project Management decisions during the implementation phases
- Implement strategies for Scope Management to Contract and Client Business Objectives
- Assists Sales with pre-sales efforts including the preparation of Statements of Work, proposals, contracts, estimates, requirements analysis, technical audits and client relationship management
Critical Competencies:
- Must have 10+ years experience in a client facing delivery role and leading complex, large scale, multi-site teams
- Strong knowledge of the breadth of IT solutions in enterprise environments, their design, implementation, maintenance and operations.
- Experience in driving processes and implementation improvements in sizeable environments; managing both internal operations and third party vendors and partners with a track record of tight delivery around service levels and cost metrics.
- Proven track record of leading a large, diverse and geographically dispersed team and instilling in them a performance orientation, a sense of shared purpose and the collective skill sets needed to deliver stretch goals.
- Must be a clear, open and effective communicator with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills and a proven ability to lead a large group of diverse stakeholders through decision-making processes
- Experience managing financials and aggressive timelines (full P&L, budgets, timelines, project milestones)
- Fluency in both official languages (French and English) is an asset
