Our Legal and Regulatory team includes regulatory and government affairs, as well as legal teams with specialties supporting various areas of the organization.
Are you looking for a challenging position that will utilize your strong organizational and administrative skills? The Legal group is seeking a professional and confidential Administrative Assistant possessing a broad base of experience and knowledge in a corporate environment of Bell Canada / BCE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to Directors and management staff (Corporate Secretariat team in Montréal/ Toronto):
- Assist in Corporate Secretariat matters
- Process and code expense accounts in ARIBA
Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings
Process inquiries and liaise with various departments
Maintain the Human Resource files for the department; process HR transactions in the SAP HR system ensuring accuracy and meeting of deadlines
Log time reporting through SAP - Maintain filing system
- Arrange / coordinate travel
- Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar and set up meetings
Assume miscellaneous duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Minimum 3 years of Administrative support experience
- Knowledge of APSS, Ariba, HR SAP System and most variations of Bell systems (Fieldglass, IdMS, Telecom Warehouse, CSAC)
- Self motivated, takes initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong PC skills ( MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients of all levels in a confident, courteous and professional manner.
- Highly developed sense of professionalism and ethics, confidentiality/discretion
