Bell Fleet Solutions provides fleet management services to all Bell and Affiliates Vehicles. We are in need for an associate in our invoice payment group to process supplier invoices for payment in a timely manner. The timely and accurate payment of the invoices are critical for the billing of the fleet services to the Bell Fleet customers on a monthly basis and also to ensure the timely payment of our vendors/suppliers.
Job duties / Accountabilities:
- Process vendor invoices, vendor statments and credits in Fleet Management Information System Process preferred vendor invoices (Capital invoices) from Chrysler upfitters in a timely and accurate manner
- Also process monthly leasing invoices through APSS
- Investigate outstanding invoices, open/delivered PO's and vendor statement
- Assist transervice manager with investigations and processing invoices
- Reply to e-mail and phone inquires in a timely and professional manner
Essential Skills / Competencies:
- Intermediate PC skills ( word, excel)
- Ability to learn the computer system quickly
- Some payable knowledge and ability to process a high volume of invoices with accuracy
- Attention to details and the ability to work with a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills and ability to multi-task
Preferred skills / competencies:
- Accounts payable background processing large volume of invoices
- Fleet experience
- Ability to speak, read and write French would be an asset
Working Conditions:
- Provide coverage during STD. Filling in where required. Must be able to multi-task
- Work location is accessible by public transit or if driving, free parking is available
- No vacation time will be permitted during this assignment since you will be covering for staff Days off without pay may be granted at Manager's discretion.
- The poistion will end once the employee's return to work date is established.
