Corporate Groups offers best practice services to support the organization, including Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Brand, Corporate Services – including HR, Communications, Real Estate, Security and Procurement & Value Creation.
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for researching, sourcing, resume screening, phone interviewing and coordinating and scheduling meetings or next steps in the candidate pipeline process. They will create and maintain specific targeted candidate pipelines with a clear focus on sales roles. They will also submit qualified candidates to the business on a timely basis.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clear and accurate understanding of the role needs and recruitment process
- Identify various sources to find candidates (active and passive)
- Interfaces directly with the business to gain understanding of positions requirements
- Follows processes to achieve target candidate pipeline metrics
- Fully documents candidate information and activities in Applicant Tracking System or other system as identified.
- Proactively identifies and cold calls the candidates to prequalify
- Responsible for assessing a candidate's qualifications, interests and availability as part of the Candidate Evaluation process, including activities such as conducting an in-depth interview with the candidate, and reviewing candidate skills based on testing to match candidates to job openings if needed.
- Prepare and submit qualified resumes to the business for review and/or interviews according to customer requirements and preferences, and follow up
- Analyzing job seeker community for targeted skills, and develop and hone recruiting strategy (e.g., social network, internet, niche job boards, candidate internet/associations and community, Professional Organizations, etc -, could include creating recruiting collateral, improving job postings, developing and maintaining relationships with recruiting sources).
- Improve fill rate for strategic roles/branches by securing and replenishing candidate pipelines successfully
- Identifying and forwarding to sales teams any sales leads as a result of references checks, and networking/ recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Diploma and/or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years successful recruiting experience (direct sales roles is an asset)
- Must be able to function in complex and matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential
- Good communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and decision making skills are required.
- Must be able to work independently yet exercise good judgement in escalating issues
- Must be innovative in their approach
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong problem solving, researching, and decision making skills required
- Must be proficient in MS Office and Internet
- Ability to work flex hours
- Bilingual (French/English)
