The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

The Small Business Organization is also the farm team for other corporate sales inside and outside sales career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager – Small Business Sales, the successful candidates will be making outbound calls to increase Bell mobility customer base. The candidate will have to uncover customer requirements through needs and application analysis, which in turn enable him to propose solutions that leverage the full range of Bell Mobility’s wireless products and services (voice, data, solutions, etc.) by the development of a partnership and steal customers from our competitors.
The candidate must have a strong grasp of solution selling principles and be able to effectively understand the client’s business needs and their decision making process. The applicant must also have the ability to work in a strong team environment yet be independently motivated to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- Supporting company initiated outbound campaigns in a dialer (prospecting) promoting Bell products and services aligned with our strategic imperatives
- Achievement of pre-determined sales objectives
- Promote solution offers that meet the customer’s specific needs
- Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with customers through the sales cycle that will lead to repeat business and referrals
- Able to build and maintain a sales funnel
Required skills:
- Exceptional telephone etiquette including listening, understanding and responding skills
- Excellent time management
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions
- General knowledge and understanding of Bell Mobility products and services
- Strong grasp of MS Office and general PC proficiency
Preferred skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Bell Mobility product and services is an asset
- Knowledge of Bell Mobility systems and processes an asset
- Knowledge of Salesforce tool an asset
Work conditions:
- Work schedule: 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
- Work location: 200 Blvd Bouchard, Dorval
