Expertech Network Installation is a major network infrastructure service provider for the wireline and wireless broadband technology market and employs over 1,600 experts: managers, technicians and administrative staff in Quebec and Ontario.

Purpose
Responsible for Human Resources, Training and/or Health and Safety. Maintains records and deals with enquiries and issues in their area of expertise. May be responsible for communicating, clarifying and implementing policies, procedures and/or guidelines. May be responsible for performing administrative duties.
Tasks and Outputs
This position’s major tasks and key outputs are as follows:
• Compiles, tracks and maintains confidential employee records and creates various reports (e.g. personnel issues, hiring, terminations, wage increases, employee competencies, disability cases, benefit deductions, Bill 90 and/or absence due to illness)
• Responds to enquiries from employees; clarify policies, procedures and/or guidelines in order to resolve employment issues as they arise.
• May be responsible for receiving on-duty accident information, processing and tracking forms for WSIB and monitoring disability cases.
• May investigate training courses, training history of employees and make arrangements (material and facilities) for courses.
• May be responsible for administrative management of the recruitment process (e.g. Resume management, creating offer letters, employment contracts)
• Performs related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
The minimum education level that is required in order to start working in this position is the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) in Ontario, the Quebec Secondary V Leaving Certificate in Quebec, or equivalent work experience.
Computer Skills
• This position requires accessing and inputting and may require analyzing with computers or word processors.
• This position requires intermediate skills in Outlook, Word and Excel and basic skills in SAP. May require intermediate skills in People soft, Access, Project Manager and/or Publisher. May require basic skills in Explorer and/or PowerPoint.
