Responsibilities:
* Perform all aspects of the daily airtime log reconciliation
* Process discrepancy reports
* Prepare daily bank deposits
* Code and input cash receipts
* Prepare journal entries
* Process AR adjustments
* Process subscriber receipts
* Prepare and execute billing runs
* Print/Mail invoices
Qualifications:
* Must be an independent self-starter and a team-player
* Must be able to show initiative qualities in a team-centered environment
* Must have prior Accounts Receivable experience
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Excellent organizational skills
* Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
* Strong time management skills
* Strong computer processing skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other related computer programs
* Problem-solver
* Ability to work well under pressure
Additional Information:
* Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9h00AM - 5h00PM
