Name and description of the hiring department:
The Contract Administration group consists of several operational teams in Ontario and Quebec. The key activities in those operational groups include support to service provisioning and assurance for consumers business markets, Data and Cable Maintenance.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Processing invoices to vendors and contractors.
- Validating and auditing invoice amounts for accuracy.
- Most be able to multi task and use various systems.
- Understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Must be able to work well with others and individually.
- Able to meet deadlines and work will under pressure.
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Analytical Skills.
- MS Word basic.
- MS Excel basic level.
- MS Power Point basic level.
- Strong Customer Contact Serving Skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proven Ability to multi-task.
- Customer Focus(previous experience with internal and external customers).
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Excellent Communication Skills (including assertiveness and influencing others).
- Team player strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in an evolving position.
- Quick Learner.

- CMS.

- Sap -50.

Working Conditions:
- Shifts may vary from start time 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.
- Some weekend work maybe required.
- Hours are subject to change.
