Customer Service Representative - Residential (Télébec) (Val-d'Or, QC, CA)

Job summary:
The incumbent will act as a Residential Markets customer service representative for the sale of products and services, as well as for billing, inquiries and claims.

 

Duties:
- Take calls from Residential Markets customers involving sales, billing, claims and other requests for Télébec Mobility products and services.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer needs and assess sales leads with every customer contact by promoting the company's products and services.
- Respond to all customer requests, complaints and claims tied to any aspect of customer service.
- Process orders, ensuring information accuracy and quality, and coordinate to ensure fulfillment on a timely basis.
- Meet sales targets and departmental objectives (e.g. service quality indicator, average talk time, number of calls answered, and so on).
- Apply the principles of personalized service in all dealings with customers.
- Deliver on and closely track callbacks arranged with customers.
- Represent Télébec at shows and seminars where applicable.
- Perform all other related tasks.
 
Minimum requirements:
- Diploma of collegial studies in administration or equivalent work experience
- Sales experience (an asset)
- Familiarity with computer software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Fluency in French and English

- High level of professionalism
- Employs business language in dealings with customers
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Responsible self-starter
- Willing to work evenings and weekends (flexible schedule)
