The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Communications, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing clear and concise communications that will appeal to our Retail stores, Business teams and Client Care. As such, it requires a highly motivated, dynamic, innovative individual who will execute best in class communications while spearheading strategic initiatives to continually evolve communications and the user experience of our online communication tool.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing marketing driven communications that build hype and excitement for all Sales Channels
- Accountable for ensuring communications are clear, concise and accurate
- Produce and implement urgent communications for same day/next day publication
- Assist with communication planning and implementation for major, cross-functional initiatives
- Develop proficient working knowledge of our online communication tool(s) and systems
- Develop strong working relationships at various management levels to drive cross-functional alignment
- Responsible for obtaining approvals from various stakeholders and working with translation vendors to publish communications in English and French
Essential qualifications and experiences:
- 1 to 3 years of communications experience
- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, journalism or business administration
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills
- Demonstrates persistence, integrity, discretion and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Enthusiasm, ability to work independently in a team environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing communications, graphic design and HTML coding
- Bilingual in French
Working condition:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 9h00AM to 5H00PM, availability to work evenings and weekends if required
