Corporate Groups offers best practice services to support the organization, including Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Brand, Corporate Services – including HR, Communications, Real Estate, Security and Procurement & Value Creation.
Responsibilities:
•Editing, ingesting and coordinating feeds from various news sources
•Editing and packaging news/sports stories and other show items for playback
•Ensuring continual presence of video and audio during newscast
•Creating and amending automation files and instructions to meet on-air presentation requirements
•Digitizing content to the Production Server as required for broadcast
•Maintaining equipment and software in a state suitable and available for use, by ensuring their proper operating condition, cleanliness and safekeeping
•Maintaining communication and effective working relationships with Producers and Technical Production Coordinator
•Tuning in satellite and MW Feeds
•Other duties as required
Qualifications:
•Graduate of a University or College Broadcast/Journalism program or equivalent experience
•Ability to work independently and accept constructive criticism
•Familiarity with control
•Strong technical skills
•Familiarity with control room equipment and iNEWS
Bilingualism is an asset (English & French)
