The candidate’s primary role will be to support the director and the other advisors:
- Act as an intermediary between the Media Creativity team (sales) and our programming team for one or more channels to work on promotional projects, commercial projects such as contests, sponsorships or any other project;
- Assist the senior advisors to evaluate the potential and feasibility of projects in accordance with the programming and objectives of the Media Creativity project;
- Gradually become a specialist of our channels, be on the lookout for new developments and program initiatives with our Communications’ department;
- In collaboration with the other advisors, ensure accountability of actions for multiplatform medias: television, Internet and more in connection to our channels;
- Assist the team in updating working tools for our department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the management of promotional and/or commercial projects, in an advertising agency or marketing for advertisers;
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related;
- Fluency in French and English both oral and written;
- Self-sufficient, initiative, judgement, discipline and working methods;
- Creative spirit, flexibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions;
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office programs (Excel & PowerPoint).
