Astral, an innovative Out-Of-Home division of Bell Media (Canada's leading telecommunications company) is seeking for a Director, Market strategy for its Montreal's office.

Main responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the directors dedicated to each business line, ensure the cross-marketing of all our products:
  • Outdoor Advertising;
  • Digital;
  • Urban Furniture;
  • Transport.
  • Provide integrated solutions by advertising category.
  • Provide integrated solutions to high-potential advertisers.
  • Participate in tenders.
  • Assist with the marketing of new products.

 

Critical competencies

  • 15 + years of experience in advertising agency and/or as a media operator.
  • Extensive knowledge of the media industry, especially of the Out Of Home business.
  • University degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience, an important asset.
  • Media Strategist with ability to create sales pitches to win accounts or OOH advertising concessions.
  • Unifying leadership.
  • Excellent speaker.
  • Very strong ability for team work.
  • Creativity, autonomy, dynamism, openness, enterprising, detail oriented and analytical skills.
  • Fluently bilingual.
