Position: Sales Administrative Assistant, National Sales – 1 Year Contract
Location: 50 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Coordinators as necessary in daily functions
- Print, organize and distribute various forms and paperwork from the Columbine/Orion system to Sales teams on a timely basis
- Enter sales orders into the Columbine/Orion System. Maintain sales orders in Columbine/Orion and RepPak
- Revise orders to indicate spot non-availability
- Maintain necessary records
- Communicate with internal departments to co-ordinate resolution of problems
- Perform administrative duties such as mailing, faxing, filing for the Sales teams
- Order supplies on behalf of Sales teams
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent
- Must be able to work comfortably on a team and under the pressure of constant deadlines and last minute revisions
- Need initiative and organizational skills, plus the ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly independent position
- The individual must be eager to learn, flexible, and willing to help co-workers where required
- Related traffic and/or agency experience, a strong computer background, and University Degree or Broadcast College degree is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills are required
