Name and description of the hiring department:  

 

The Access Quebec team sees in the deployment of the outside network by means of plans of work and estimate of engineering, to serve our customers with high technologies.

 

Job duties/Accountabilities: 

 

  • Analyze and verify rights of way requests, to protect the network for Bell Canada and Bell Aliant, by validating the exactness of the technical specifications of forms, plans, searches, legal documents or any information associated with rights of way.  
  • Be the point of contact for various requests from internal and external partners and communicate the results to them (verbal or written).
  • Respect the delays of treatment of the demands received according to the priorities.
  • Mandate and make the recall with the various stakeholders to meet the due dates.
  • Negotiate estimations of costs according to the established tables, to assure the control of the costs.
  • Ensure data bases integrity.
  • Do the treatment of invoices associated with the right of way requests.
  • Relaunch municipalities for the request of CM Mun. (Municipal Consents) and/or MTQ for the demands of CM MTQ (MTQ Consents).
  • Prepare documents (letters, notices, receipts, etc).
  • Participate in the process improvement associate to rights of way, revision, validation and writings of DTA.
  • Support the agreement of unique signatory between Bell and Hydro-Quebec.
  • Assure the integrity of the various databases and update them.
  • Collaborate and support the orientations taken by the various working committees.
  • Handle unusual and complex situations.

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

 

  • French (read, spoken, written) fluent in the language with no significant limitation.
  • English ( read, spoken, written) working ability to carry out normal business in the language.
  • MS Word intermediate.
  • MS Excel basic.
  • MS Outlook basic.

 

  • Work organization and planning, priorities management.
  • Autonomous and responsible.
  • Able to negotiate and communicate with different partners.
  • Able to work with other teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to solve problems within short timeframes.
  • Concern of the detail and precision.
  • Able to manage many priorities at the same time.

 

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

 

  • General Knowledge of  management structure of the access Network.
  • General Knowledge of the roles and  functions of the Access Network.
  • knowledge of the following applications: SAP, Permission, eSpace, Network X.
