An integral part of our customer service focus, includes contact centres across Canada supporting all of our Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services customers. Our  Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.

Name and description of the hiring department:

The logical and physical assignment and provisioning group is responsible for the design of circuits, the management of access capacity, the inventory of equipment and the configuration of routers in the IP portfolio. We produce the physical and logical design records for IPVPN. This team of highly motivated professionals is proud of its ability to react quickly and efficiently to this quickly changing sector of the telecommunications industry


Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Receive and analyze infrastructure requests from network clients
  • Verify that the order data are correct and if necessary, follow up to obtain required information to complete the order
  • Create and assign the final service in multiple databases
  • Collaborate with the following groups: Project Management, Network Access, Network Engineering (Broadband and IP services) and Business Office


Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Technical mindset and desire to learn and follow technological changes
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivation and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Developed interpersonal skills (tact, patience, diplomacy, variety of approach)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations, ability to adapt to change and excellent priority management skills
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to learn
  • Bilingualism :  French 5/5/5 (read, spoken, written) fluent in the language with no significant limitation; and English 3/3/3 (read, spoken, written) working ability to carry out normal business in the language


Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of IPAIRS, ASA, MCCDS, BCRIS,  PVC OARS, IQUAL, NRMS and IPACT
  • Knowledge of IP network
  • Mastered use of MS Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

 

Working Conditions:

  • Work hours : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm,  Monday to Friday - No possibility of teleworking
