Profile of Candidate:

    You are a unique individual with strength in left brain and right brain thinking; you are not a typical media Analyst by definition!
 Your work is dynamic; motivated by passion and an uncanny ability to take data and tell a compelling story using visual software and tools.
 You are a strategic thinker and you apply this layer when working on projects.


Responsibilities:

• As a member of the research team support business development, insights, custom research and survey reporting, for the cross media division.
• Develop customized sales presentations using all available research resources and enhancing the deliverables with creative touches.
• Prepare, interpret and communicate audience and consumer information for internal and external clients.
• Become a market specialist to provide audience insights and track show performance.
• Develop digital and presentation content for research “hub” of Bell Media sales site.
• Work with management team on execution strategy of proprietary projects.

   
Qualifications:

• Strong creative, analytic and critical thinking skills that allow the development of insights and telling “the story”.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to evaluate, understand and interpret data by taking complex information and presenting it dynamically.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Extensive experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and takes initiative in executional elements of processes.
• Priority setting in a fast paced environment (strong organizational and time management skills).
• Proficiency in multimedia design for sales collateral (i.e utilize Adobe Creative Suite to conceptualize and execute infographics, presentations, sales material).
• Experience using audience measurement data/software a plus, but not mandatory.
• High bar attitude! Leave no stone unturned determination.
• University degree or College diploma.
