Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

 

Name and description of the hiring department:

The Small Business Sales and Services team play a key role in the Bell Business Market organization. We are a dynamic inside Customer service team who interacts daily with business clients. Through effective and efficient fact finding, we provide the client with a total solution to enhance and improve their operation.

 

We are currently seeking for Customer Representatives for our call Center located in Montreal. The candidate is a person who likes to solve problems related to customer service and seize sales opportunities. He will have the opportunity to work within a customer and sales where he will play a key role in understanding the customers and providing them with solutions tailored to their needs.

 

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Answer questions of our current and future Business customers about current promotions, offers, billing, technical support, adding services, etc.
  • Meet sales targets and quality by promoting and selling various solutions which include but are not limited to the following: IP access, Internet services , e-commerce, web hosting , computer security website solutions backup solutions for business telephone systems, Bell TV , mobile internet, video-conferencing and Voice.
  • As the first point of contact for our customers, carry out the first call resolution strategy.
  • Building customer trust and increase their level of satisfaction with the services and the company.
  • Analyze the customers current use of the service in order to submit offers and additional services that will result in better solution.
  • Keep informed of the products, those of Bell and competitors, including keeping informed of changing technology trends for the products and services that he is mandated to promote and sell.
  • Meet the business needs of existing customers and new customers by constantly using tools and information to provide the most efficient solutions possible for our clients systems.

                                                                                                     

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call center.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers by telephone.
  • Excellent skills in oral and written communications to articulate the Customer Solutions.
  • Good organizational sense.
  • Ability in doing active listening.
  • Ability to listen and think about solutions at the same time, to present solutions to the customer while entering data (Multitask).
  • French (5-5-5) / 5 = Fluent in the language with no significant limitation.
  • English (5-5-5) / 5 = Fluent in the language with no significant limitation.

 

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Demonstrated Success within a sales environment, 3 or more years of experience in sales.
  • Good business sense.
  • Good knowledge of IT environments (Bcris , IOM, Caprice, view ) , including e-mail, and Internet browsing activities and file management in Windows.
  • Ability to communicate with people from all hierarchy level.
  • College or post-secondary degree.
  • Solid understanding of the environment of small businesses.
  • Knowledge of markets or business telecommunications products.
  • Excellent understanding of Internet technologies.

 

Working conditions:

  • Working hours from Monday to Friday 7.5 hours a day between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Schedule may change from time to time based on business needs.
