 Main duties

  • Provide quality service to direct clients and advertising agencies that are assigned to you by the Supervisor, Customer Service.
  • Serve as liaison with the agencies/clients with respect to changes to proposals and/or contracts, and for follow-up on campaigns that are on air.
  • In collaboration with the account managers, reposition commercials that were not broadcast during the original programs (i.e. make-goods and pre-emptions).
  • Keep client files, and the central file, up to date.
  • Collaborate in preparing certain quotes and correspondence for the account managers, in accordance with established procedures and in time to meet deadlines.
  • In cases of sales of sponsorship items, inform the commercial production department of the items to be produced.
  • Ensure that the on-air campaigns give a good performance, and produce end-of-campaign analysis documents.
  • Perform any other tasks relating to this job.

 

Knowledge and skills

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support for electronic media
  • Familiarity with the applications Word, IBMS, etc.
  • Bilingualism is essential
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in interpersonal relationships and in maintaining a healthy team dynamic
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
