Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Responsible for account management functions on multiple business applications for Bell Aliant.
- Complete customer access requests
- Termination of security access upon user departure
- Complete and file requests to comply with auditing standards
- Utilize systems to ensure requests are resolved in accordance with established Service Level Agreement's
- Provide support for security access related issues.
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Computer Literate
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, Remote Access Applications, BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server)
Working Conditions:
- Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00
- 1 hour lunch, 2 15 min breaks
- 37.5 hours
