Job Duties / Accountabilities:
The candidate has to work with various information systems to process orders for equipment and services. He must communicate with the customers to answer the various requests for services, to clarify the details of the orders, contracts and the emitted invoices. The tasks include ensuring delivery of equipment and services to customers and the continuous update of the data relating to the customers’ files.
- Coordinate and create accurate equipment or services quotes
- Ensure that the ordering process is completed in the required time frame
- Validate legal documents, shipping/invoicing information, fees according to our SOX rules
- Communicate with many parties in the ordering process : Customers, Sales, Manufacturer, Distributors, CSEs, etc, in order to help in the ordering process and the hardware delivery
- Obtain approvals to give the best possible prices to our customers
- Act as an intermediary between our partners and the other Bell department
- Be involved in different projects by helping the ordering process and improve customer experience

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
- Good social skills required to work with the different groups involved
- Good capacity for research, verifications and validations to make ensure documents sent out are accurate
- Ability to work with short timelines
- Ability to prioritize work and work in ambiguous situations
- Good organization and planification skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Good stress management
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
- Knowledge of UT + / UDB
- MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Cisco tool (CCW)
- Currently completing a university/college degree.
