The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

 

Job summary

The incumbent will act as a Clerk, Office Administration for the consumer and business clienteles.

 

Duties:

  • Perform various office administration tasks including correspondence, mail distribution, claims for insolvency cases
  • Handle the payment of invoices and expense accounts
  • Keep stationery supplies up to date and place orders as required
  • Perform various tasks related to Collection and Business and Consumer Services: produce reports, handle mailings to/remittances from collection agencies, and process calling card and online requests
  • Adhere to the report production schedule
  • Perform other related tasks as required

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Vocational diploma or DCS in office technology or equivalent work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of French and English spelling/grammar
  • Familiarity with computer software including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to employ business language in dealing with customers
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Responsible self-starter

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French)
