Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and clerical support management in its functions (mail, call management, calendar management, travel, expense accounts, ranking).

• Coordinate meetings or conferences calls and ensure the preparation of supporting documentation;

• Schedules appointments and ensure the continuous updating of the agenda;

• Writes letters, memos, working papers, various reports.

• Follows up various administrative records.

• Provides clerical support for the general management of information.

• Supervises the arrival of new employees, monitors with various stakeholders (accounting, human resources, IT, technical and others).

• Ordering office supplies and answering phones needs and workstations

• Hold-to-date and organize the files and electronic filing system

• Consolidates bills

• Works in systems BellNet: Telecom Warehouse, Ariba, CPCA, IDMS, Fieldglass

Skills required:

 

• Bilingual (essential, both oral and written)

• College degree in a relevant discipline.

• More than 3 years of experience.

• Experience in the broadcasting environment (an important asset).

• Rigor, versatility, attention to detail, discretion and speed of execution.

• Excellent knowledge of computer software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and autonomy

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
