The role:
During your developmental assignments, you will be exposed to all aspects of the sales cycle and Bell processes leading to becoming a fully competent solutions Sales Consultant. You will learn to manage the systems and end-to-end processes required to enable the sales engine, engage with the sales team, product and marketing partners, and enable the back-end requirements of the pre and post sale cycle.
Key responsibilities:
* Participation in solution recommendation, leveraging sales methodologies.
* Sales Pipeline and opportunity report management
* Functional sales enablement tasks such as presales facilities checks and solution technical suitability
* Product/service pricing process, partner deal registration and special pricing business case development
* SOX compliancy process completion
* Revenue assurance through a keen understanding of our procurement process and distribution partnerships
Following the successful completion of your developmental assignments, you will join one of the leading-edge, technology solutions sales practices as a junior Sales Consultant.

Critical competencies:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business (with a focus on Marketing or Finance) is required.
* To be successful, you must possess strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, be a self-starter, enthusiastic and results oriented. You must have a passion for IT, Networking Communications, Web and XoIP technology.
* You must have excellent written and oral communications skills, being able to provide clear, complete, and concise verbal instructions and written documentation. You must have the ability to deal courteously and effectively with people, build strong relationships with peers and customers, meet deadlines, to analyze and solve problems, as well as to interact and communicate effectively with a wider variety of levels of employees.
* The right person for this position will demonstrate leadership skills coupled with excellent prioritization, organizational and administrative skills. You must have an aptitude for negotiating and be a strong team player who is self-motivated and has a strong desire to succeed.
