The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.
The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.
Title: Team Lead, Ethnic Markets
Bell Canada’s Field Sales team is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven individual to assume the role of Team Lead, Ethnic Markets for a 1 year contract. The objective is to drive RGU growth and penetration within Ethnic Markets through business partnerships and strategic alliances with major sales partners, communities, event planners and businesses.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for performance management of the field sales team, development and assignment of key growth ethnic territories, ongoing recruitment of new sales representatives, sales management, field training and consumer level support.
Further, this candidate will be responsible for assessing, analyzing and tracking performance to plan, coordinating with cross functional marketing groups and developing strong take to market plans to ensure optimal field sales success in RGU growth and penetration within the Middle Eastern markets specifically.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build new business partnerships and strategic alliances with major sales partners, communities, event planners and businesses within the ethnic market to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Manage a team of field sales representatives to ensure successful execution of RGU penetration and growth from ethnic programs
* Leverage existing relationships to increase sales for all of Bell product offerings.
* Identify the sales enablers required and provide market intelligence to Account Executives and marketing
* Tracking and analyzing sales trends relative to target.
* Hiring of new sales representatives
* Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize ROI
* Provide feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.
* Additional duties as required.
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
* This position requires a minimum of 2-5 years experience in leading a sales team.
* Skilled in solution based or consultative based selling techniques
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in Lebanese and/or Aribic languages
* Excellent organizational skills
Preferred skills/competencies:
* Knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry
* Affiliations with ethnic communities/programs
* Proficiency in PC software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe)
