Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

 

The Product Management Team within Bell Business Market’s Marketing Division provides lifecycle management, pricing and new product development direction for the organization to support the strategic needs of the business. We combine market knowledge, technology developments and forecasting capabilities in an integrated view to enable strong product development decisions, detailed marketing, and best in class results.   The team plays an integral role in analyzing the customer and market needs and developing the products and services to best deliver to our customers satisfaction.

 

The BBM Product Management team is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development and life cycle management of our On Demande Contact Centre product. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the product’s revenue objectives and profitability (EBITDA) objectives, including forecasting and managing demand
  • Developing, evolving the product roadmap, the functionality required to win in the market place while optimizing operating cost and ROI for the company
  • Lead the implementation of new product introduction initiatives as the project sponsor
  • Set and manage pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Maintain effective communications with other business units which sell the Contact Centre services and technical experts
  • Learning and remaining current with evolving telecommunications and IT technologies i.e. Contact Centre solution (ACD, IVR, CTI, WFM, etc), On demande solutions versus CPE solutions

 

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • University Degree - Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to work well in teams and deliver against a common objective. 
  • Bilingualism an asset
  • Skills & training in financial analysis
  • Ability to listen, synthesize ideas and build consensus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change
  • Proficiency is Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Preferred skills / competencies:

  • Product management related experience
  • Working knowledge of Contact Centre services
  • Experience in Product Management or Marketing
