The Solution Specialist has overall responsibility for opportunity identification, pursuit and closure for new and existing clients. In your new role you will be accountable for all sales related activities associated with IT Professional Services such as: CRM, funnel management and reporting, contracts and proposal management. You will have the overall responsibility to engage Enterprise clients regarding their business needs and relate that to the appropriate skills and capabilities from our IT Professional Services team:
 

Accountabilities:

  • Primary point of contact for the customer
  • Attainment of revenue objectives
  • Prospect and qualify both new and recurring business opportunities
  • Account planning / funnel management
  • Develop and manage relationships at all levels within the Enterprise Accounts
  • Co-ordinate RFP deliverables in response to tenders for IT Professional Services
  • Advocate within Bell to support customer’s business requirements
     

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Experience in IT Professional Services consulting, Systems Integration, and or Business
  • Development
  • Demonstrated strength in understanding and influencing team dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp client issues and translate into business opportunities
  • Ability to establish C-level client relationships
  • University degree in Computer Sciences or Business


Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • IT Systems Life Cycle knowledge and experience
  • Sales and Account Management acquired through experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Professional Services: Consulting, Systems Integration, Development, Delivery, Sales, and Account

Management Business Development with an emphasis in Public Sector
