Corporate Groups offers best practice services to support the organization, including Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Brand, Corporate Services – including HR, Communications, Real Estate, Security and Procurement & Value Creation.
The Consultant acts as an advisor in the Executive Services department within Corporate Services which supports the administration and governance of executive compensation.
Working as part of a small team in a dynamic environment, the incumbent’s role and skills will be as follows:
- Process Executive pay in SAP & validate.
- Process HR transactions in SAP or Coordinate with Structure HR transactions.
- Update and maintain internal executive systems (eSAP and eComp).
- Assist in the material for Board meetings (MRCC).
- Complete invoice payments
- Ensure Administrative follow-ups
- Assist in preparing briefing documents for the Senior Executive.
- Prepare Executive’s HR related letters.
- Update the Executive org chart using Visio.
Critical Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills, self motivation and able to handle multiple demands by prioritizing effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Effective decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
- Knowledge in SAP payroll tool.
- Knowledge in APSS and Ariba.
- Autonomy.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Explorer.
- Excellent aptitude for interpersonal relations combined with an ability to interact with senior management and other team members in a professional and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate ability for team work, working under pressure and respecting deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal working hours when required.
Preferred Competencies:
- Post secondary education in a related field, Administration, HR
- Three to five years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
