Position: Manager, Business Reporting – Media Operations (13 Month Contract)
Location: 50 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto

Description
As Manager, Business Reporting, the candidate will work with Canada's most popular online destination with millions of unique visitors experiencing its entertainment, information and communication services every month, who supports the National and Local Sales teams for all Bell Media online advertising Brands (CTV, TSN, RDS, Astral, Loop / Sympatico, etc…)
Due to the nature of the online advertising business there are tight deadlines to adhere to, last minute changes, and demanding clients. On the upside it is a dynamic fun environment filled with interesting people, events and challenges. We are a rapidly evolving business unit in a hot and rapidly changing industry so being comfortable with change is a must.
Other Information:
This role requires focused, time sensitive data analysis for a growing number of records, providing clear and concise variance analysis and summaries.
Responsibilities:
Industry Insight
- Timely and Accurate Reporting of revenue/client/product/site data
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to review delivered impressions levels and analyzing patterns with the delivery over time, as it relates to revenue and effective cost.
Leadership
- Hire and mentor co-op students quarterly
- Assignment and Evaluation of workload and impact on the business
- Develop Co-op learning, motivation and attitude
System Management and Administration
- Maintain clean advertiser records
- Update and create inventory products / items
Other
- Support National and Local Sales and Operations (30 people), as a key resource in the Business Management department
- Maintain and assist in creating/enhancing reporting tools
- Handling adhoc projects as necessary
- Other administrative support as required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with digital advertising and online publishers
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Strong analytical capability and Excel proficiency required
- Advanced MS Excel, MS Outlook, Windows
- MS Access Preferred
- Business Acumen
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Defined exposure to report modeling and analytics
