The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with Bell Home phone, local and long distance services, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV.

Job summary


The incumbent will carry out a variety of office duties: i.e., take calls from Repair customers and perform certain clerical tasks.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Take calls from Repair customers
  • Take calls from Residential customers and open trouble tickets in the system by entering the information obtained from these customers.
  • Carry out the steps required to solve the problem (refer to the technicians if necessary).
  • Perform certain clerical tasks (reports, data entry, etc.
  • Perform any other related tasks.


Knowledge and experience:

 

  • DCS in administrative techniques / office automation or the equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Competencies/behaviors:

 

  • Strong customer focus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to juggle several activities at once and to manage priorities
  • Team spirit
