As an advocate of a business function, the successful candidate could lead or participate in various types of projects (New product / tool introduction, process / tool improvements, strategic etc.) aimed at implementing or improving processes for our customer organizations (ex: Service Assurance) in order to drive growth and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate must:
- Review and validate scope in order to define process / tools requirements as well as identify and flag to Project Manager any Change Requests (Presales to post sales)
- Design or modify processes that fulfill customer needs, meet corporate guidelines (e.g. Sox) and ensure the integration of processes and tools
- Liaise with other BA to ensure that solutions and processes are comprehensive and integrated when various areas are impacted in a project
- Perform or co ordinate Integration, reconciliation, interlock and onboarding activities (MIS, ICTMS, Bell Products, vendors, partners etc) as applicable.
- Participate or lead the elaboration of accurate cost and impact assessments
- Produce and maintain process documentation that constitutes the reference material used by the project's customers ("how to" reference documents such as Visio maps, step action charts, etc.)
- Identify stakeholders and obtain signoffs related to process / tools design or improvements such as operational assessments
- Support the Project Manager or act as Project Manager depending on the size, complexity and scope of the project including the creation and / or update of the project plan
- Facilitate work sessions when required
- Create and lead the people change management activities related to the project
- Define the training requirements and deliver training when required
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) led by IT by creating test cases and supporting the execution of the cases
- Plan, participate and/or lead and coordinate the Organizational Readiness Testing (ORT)
- Identify changes to processes / tools resulting from testing activities, scope changes, etc., modify process design, documentation and assessments and obtain required approvals
- Other as determined by the type of project
The successful candidate must have / be:
- Business acumen in the area of the customer organization, (Large Market, Helpdesk, Service Assurance (SA), stakeholders etc.).
- Knowledge of how to onboard and enable the custom support for a customer into a BBM Large HD including reconciliation tasks.
- Knowledge of HD tools (QMS, ZINC, TIM, FSOS, MAXIMO etc)
- Knowledge of complex deal process, gating, CSAP and governance.
- Good understanding of customer impacts related to delays, unclear scope or lack of detail in documentation
- Developed experience in creating / improving and documenting processes (mapping, charting, step actions, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills (clear, precise verbal and written skills)
- Ability to identify business requirements and create or participate in the elaboration of process solutions
- Strong influencing, negotiation and risk management skills
- Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
- Good understanding of financial management principles
- Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
- Autonomous and a self starter
- Have effective project management and facilitation skills
- Have the ability to time manage / prioritize work under aggressive timeline
- Have the ability to influence and gain stakeholder alignment
- Solution Focused with ability to see the big picture
Assets for this position are:
- University or college degree

- Previous exposure and understanding of Business Systems and Architecture
- Strong understanding and experience with change management principles
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Business Analyst (BA), Project Manager (PM) or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification (earned or in-progress)
- Secret clearance (Government)
- 1-2 years relevant job experience
