Position: Traffic Manager – 1 year contract
Location: Agincourt
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the CTV copy and media groups.
• Ensures all traffic instructions, Telecaster approvals and creative are available from advertising agencies to schedule against sales contracts.
• Liaison with advertising agencies and stations in co-ordinating copy changes.
• Liaison with customers and sales on last minute business.
• Ensure proper execution of ad campaigns, sponsorships and special requests.
• Liaison with log group for any special placement request.
• Investigate copy discrepancies as needed.
• Recruiting, training and coaching the staff.
• Annual performance evaluations.
• Back-up to traffic manager for inventory, logs and formats.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 7 years previous Traffic experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in one or more traffic systems.
