As part of the Bell Business Market, this team facilitates a customer centric and EBITDA focused project model for Service Operations and Billing organizations empowered with efficient processes, tools and training. As an advocate of a business function, the successful candidate will lead or participate in various types of assessments (New product / tool introduction, process / tool improvements, etc.) aimed at implementing or improving processes for our customer organization, in order to drive growth and provide exceptional customer service. Liaise with other team members and Business Analysts to ensure that solutions and processes are comprehensive and integrated when various areas are impacted in a project
Lead the elaboration of accurate cost and impact assessments.
- Produce and maintain assessment tracking documentation that constitutes the reference material used by the project
- Identify stakeholders and obtain signoffs related to process / tools design or improvements elaborated in the operational assessments
- Facilitate work sessions when required
The successful candidate must have / be:
- Business acumen in the area of the customer organization (Service Provisioning (SP))
- Developed experience in creating / improving and documenting processes (mapping, charting, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills (clear, precise verbal and written skills)
- Ability to identify business requirements and create or participate in the elaboration of process solutions
- Strong influencing, negotiation and risk management skills
- Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
- Good understanding of financial management principles
- Flexible to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displays high sense of urgency
- Have effective project management and facilitation skills
- Have the ability to time manage / prioritize work under aggressive timeline
- Have the ability to influence and gain stakeholder alignment
- Bilingualism
Assets for this position are:
- University or college degree
- Previous exposure and understanding of Business Systems and Architecture
- Strong understanding and experience with change management principles
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Strong MS Excel skills, and high comfort level with financial modeling
- Business Analyst (BA), Project Manager (PM) or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification (earned or in-progress)
- 1-2 years relevant job experience
