Position: Traffic Clerk (part time)
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Salary:  Unifor Local 819M, Group B.  Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work: Average 20 hours per week.   Additional hours may be required.
Responsibilities: 
• Accurate entry of all commercials and promotions information into Wide Orbit System
• Ensure all on-air commercials are entered into Wide Orbit accurately and on a timely basis
• Ensure all commercials aired have received have received appropriate approval from Telecaster Committee of Canada, a division of TVB
• Daily communication with local Account Executives, clients/advertising agencies, and Traffic and Operations departments.
• Cross-train in all Traffic functions.
• Perform general administrative, clerical and customer service duties which contribute to overall effort of ensuring product quality
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 
• Three to five years direct broadcast traffic experience is preferred
• Experience with Wide Orbit
• Excellent keyboarding and data entry skills 
• Proven ability to work accurately and quickly with detailed information
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills with experience in a service-oriented role
• Excellent customer service skills are required
