Position: Sales Coordinator, OOH, Toronto
Location: 50 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Responsibilities:
• Assisting Sales Account Managers with agency presentations and media proposals ensuring outmost accuracy
• Responsible for booked contract entries and maintenance of campaigns. Liaison with various departments ensuring the follow through on campaign details.
• Responsible for communicating effectively information between sales account managers and their clients.
• Responsible for campaign analysis at the end of programs.
• Proactive on issues pertaining to campaign requirements.
• Responsible for Administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and creating files for assigned campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of five years related work experience
• University or College graduate
• Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to be proactive, multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision. Ability to work in a team environment.
• Independent, resourceful ,detail oriented, welcomes innovations and change
• Strong follow-up skills
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photo Editor
• Ability to speak/read French an asset
