Salary:Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - Overtime as required
Responsibilities:
• Answering a high volume of calls and maintaining a rapid response rate
• Transfer calls to the right people
• Receiving / greeting visitors and providing general information
• On the telephone and at the counter, management of prizes for the winners of our various radio stations
• Creating and updating detailed documents for the reception
• Manage and distribute visitor cards
• Provide support for reservation of in-house conference rooms
• Drafting contest rules, and follow up with the RACJQ
• Issuing of checks, purchase tickets and travel and follow up with the winner
• Produce certain documents for the promotion department
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years of receptionist experience
• Minimum of a secondary education
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Bilingual (excellent spoken French skills / strong spoken English skills)
• Strong writing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant public contact, frequent interruptions, and occasional crisis situation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Tactful, courteous, and diplomatic
• Works well with others
• Self-directed
• Maintains regular attendance
