Name and description of the hiring department:

The Broadband assignment and provisioning group is responsible for the design of circuits and of the inventory equipment. We produce document design records for Broadband. This team of highly motivated professionals is proud of its ability to react quickly and efficiently to this quickly changing sector of the telecommunications industry


Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Receive and analyze infrastructure requests from network clients
  • Verify that the order data are correct and if necessary, follow up to obtain required information to complete the order
  • Create and assign the final service in multiple databases
  • Collaborate with the following groups: Project Management, Network Access, Network Engineering (Broadband) and Business Office

 

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Technical mindset and desire to learn and follow technological changes
  • Customer-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Motivation and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Developed interpersonal skills (tact, patience, diplomacy, variety of approach)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations, ability to adapt to change and excellent priority management skills
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to learn
  • French (read, spoken, written) fluent in the language with no significant limitation
  •  English (read, spoken, written) working ability to carry out normal business in the language


Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of IPAIRS, ASA, IPACT
  • Knowledge of EOM, TOMI, NRMS-L/P, IPAIRS, ASA, MCCDS/879II, BCRIS, PVC-OARS, Network Request, TARS, MTWO
  • Mastered use of MS Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Broadband Network

 

 Working Conditions:

  • Hours of operations : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm,  Monday to Friday - No possibility of teleworking
