Required Competencies
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Math or Engineering
- Strong business acumen, enthusiastic and results oriented
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, being able to provide clear, complete, and concise verbal instructions and written documentation
- Ability to deal courteously and effectively with people, build strong relationships with peers and customers
- Excellent prioritization, organizational and administrative skills
- Strong leadership skills, self-motivated and show a desire to succeed
- Aptitude for negotiating and proven conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to develop viable financial business cases and forecasts
- Fully proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), knowledge of SAS or SQL is an asset
- Passion for uncovering business needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning efforts to ensure timely implementation
- Experience in creating strategic presentations to key stakeholders to obtain approval for financial support
- Technically inclined with a thorough understanding of the telecom/technology space as well as current market trends
- Bilingual – French and English (for Montreal-based positions)
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
