The Field Graduate Leadership Program provides new grads with the opportunity to develop the skills and industry knowledge to become future leaders at Bell. We provide a career path tailored to your needs and interests with experiences to enhance your leadership skills. Over the course of 27-36 months you will be exposed to many key areas of our business. These rotations are intended to build and strengthen your foundation of knowledge and experiences, enabling you to succeed in a management role at Bell.
All of our grads are required to complete 3 rotations, upon which time you will have the option to either obtain a permanent role within the organization, or complete one final rotation before landing permanently. Each rotation is 9 months in length, and you will complete one rotation in each of our key focus areas to maximize your learnings, with a final optional rotation within any focus area.
Our rotations are designed to provide an ideal career path for you that builds on both skill and leadership development in the following key focus areas:
- People Leadership: This rotation provides you with an opportunity to lead, coach, and raise the performance of your very own team of field technicians / internal support agents. You will gain invaluable leadership and people management skills that will serve as foundational for the rest of your management career.
- Project Management & Delivery: This rotation provides you with an opportunity to plan, lead and manage strategic projects, driving change and improving current processes to maximize operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Operational Analytics: This rotation will provide you with a thorough understanding of how we plan and manage Field operations.
