Name and description of the hiring department:
Having joined the control center team in January 2015, network reliability team is responsible for preparing, analyzing and administering a wide range of network components. The candidate selected will be mandated complex case management, support and coaching.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
- Provide support and coaching to group members and external stakeholders.
- Treat unusual and complex situations while providing recommendations on corrective measures.
- Fill out audits to ensure that work is completed to the required intervals and according to the required quality standards
- Manage a large amount of internal and external data network while monitoring the integrity of the various databases.
- Develop extra documents following the analysis of problematic situations.
