Position: Swing Announcer – 102.9 K-Lite
Location: Bell Media Radio – Hamilton, ON
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Hours of Work: Part-time (minimum 10 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver a tight & focused weekend show
- Weekday fill in as required
- Voice commercials & promos
- Voice track other shows when necessary
- Be socially-savvy and connect with listeners on all platforms
- Be a positive, active & contributing member of the team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prefer a minimum of 2 year on-air experience
- Must be able to connect and engage with a 25-54 audience
- Must love generating original content both on-air and across all digital platforms
- Must have outstanding technical abilities; able to multi-task in the studio
- Familiarity with Wide Orbit Automation is a huge asset
- Valid G Class Driver’s license and a good driving record
