An integral part of our customer service focus, includes contact centres across Canada supporting all of our Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services customers. Our  Customer Operations team is responsible for strategy, design and delivery of core call centre tools and processes, including queue strategy, routing, and call monitoring tools.

Loyalty and Retention – Hardware Upgrade Communications Team!

 

As a key member of the Hardware Upgrade Communications Team, the Strategy Specialist is responsible for improving the customer experience through analysis of key drivers in customer behavior, and probability modeling for campaign improvement. They will spearhead key initiatives and strategies for customer retention, launch proactive campaigns, and perform analysis of customer’s response to our message.

Job duties/ Accountabilities:

  • Lead development of key proactive campaigns for customer retention
  • Analyze and understand the drivers of positive customer loyalty interactions, and how they relate to improved business performance
  • Size opportunities and provide insights and recommendations
  • Create and present portfolio strategy presentations
  • Create reporting structure to measure a communication’s direct impact on propensity to upgrade
  • Monitor reporting structure to make decisions about campaign tactics to determine next best action for communication at a customer level
  • Lead cross functional interactions influencing decisions impacting high risk customer’s experience

 

Critical Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or Commerce
  • Experience in a strategy or analytics role
  • Quick learner with strong bias towards action
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to understand and create business cases
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to effectively communicate
  • Advanced proficiency both MS Excel  and Power Point
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a face-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in an analyst role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience in analytics, strategy, and campaign execution
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate and influence others
  • Knowledge of SQL would be an asset
