The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.

Reporting to the Director of the National Sales Center, you will be responsible for the management of a Small Business Sales and Call Center team. The chosen candidate’s principal tasks will be to achieve the sales objectives (mainly in prospecting), coach, ensure quality, motivate, manage a team of 3 Team Leaders and 50 employees, implement strategies and necessary coaching for improving productivity, and to manage various projects influencing results. The candidate will be responsible for the Western region’s sales and will put efforts in teamwork with his/her colleagues of the Central and Eastern regions.

RESPONSABILITIES

* Performance management
* Regular management of the team’s activities (Team leaders and representatives)
* Quality management
* Recommend and implement innovative solutions
* Analyze sales results to identify trends and facilitate recommendations to implement solutions that will contribute to the achievement of individual and/or team objectives.
* Manage workload by identifying priorities in segments of tasks and completing the work within provided deadlines.
* Analyze and interact on a regular basis with the marketing and reporting teams.
* Recruiting sales representative

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

* University degree in a relevant field or equivalent
* Experience in managing sales and call centers, at Director (CP3) level
* Good knowledge of Bell Mobility products, services and market
* Analytical
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Organised and structured
* Customer oriented
* Team player with ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Creativity and sense of innovation
* Ability to develop lasting relationships with all other related departments
