Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for processing service requests, purchase orders, and invoices in a timely fashion and effectively communicating expectations on a consistent basis for timely resolution of deficiencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collect, track and process service requests according to priority for attention.
* Provide feedback to interested parties as to current status and expected resolution.
* Coordinate with Maintenance Leads to determine timeline expectations for service request resolution.
* Produce purchase order requests and follow through with vendors in acquiring parts and/or service in support of maintenance resolution. Ensure timely attention from vendors.
* Update service request status along with equipment database detail in Vimbiz as required to maintain most current records.
* Process invoices for accurate vendor billing and designation to proper accounts and coding
* Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians and other Dome departments, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
* Maintain and update a calendar schedule, with reminders, for all equipment and facilities that details regularly scheduled maintenance items and routine service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Post Secondary Education in Administrative Studies
* An aptitude and experience in understanding computer, video, and audio technology
* Demonstrable qualities for effectively communicating and participating within a team environment to process and resolve facility deficiencies in timely fashion.
* Valid G-Class driver’s license is an asset
* Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and work efficiently in attending multiple tasks
* Be critical in review of efforts and services engaged to resolve deficiencies and the applied attention for ongoing routine maintenance
* Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
* Ability to react quickly to situations using planned reaction steps and/or present innovative solutions
* Proficient in the use of productivity software and computer supported management tools
* A detailed oriented team member with strong customer service and the ability to participate in high functioning teams
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
